OneRoof.co.nz: Offers property value estimates and suburb trends.

* Both of these sites provide site-unseen estimates based on the current government valuation in relations to other properties that have sold nearby. They will not be comparisons.

Real Estate Agent Appraisal (CMA)

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is a free, no-obligation estimate provided by a local agent.

The Process: An agent visits your home to assess its condition, layout, and unique features, then compares it to recent local sales.
